Chamberlin, Powell and Bon

Chamberlin, Powell and Bon was a British architectural firm that won the competition for the Golden Lane Estate in 1952 and went on to design its monumental neighbour. The catalogue holds 1 of their works: the Barbican Estate in London, a Brutalist residential megastructure of over 2,000 flats arranged around lakes, gardens, and cultural venues — the most ambitious post-war housing project in the City of London.
