What Vandelay provides
Vandelay is a curated architecture catalogue. The website offers country, city, style and architect guides. The iOS 1.1 app provides map browsing, search, building histories, photographs and AR for nearby documented buildings. The catalogue is a selected collection, not a complete inventory of every building or city.
Planning a visit
A listing does not mean a building is open to visitors. Check the venue’s official information for access, opening hours and bookings. Respect private property and local access restrictions. AR distances and directions are discovery aids, not turn-by-turn navigation; pay attention to your surroundings while using the app.
Using the service
Use Vandelay lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or send unlawful, abusive or infringing material through our contact channels. You are responsible for the information you send us.
Content and intellectual property
Content on the website and app may belong to Vandelay or to the respective authors, photographers and other rights holders. Credits and applicable licences must be respected. Inclusion in the catalogue does not transfer ownership to Vandelay or grant you unrestricted permission to reuse the material. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder where required.
If you find an error, missing credit or material that you believe infringes your rights, contact us with the page address and supporting information so that we can review it.

Information about buildings and access can change. We work to correct reported errors, but cannot guarantee that every entry is complete or up to date, or that the service is always available. Cached content may be available without a connection; maps, images and other content may still require internet access.
